Your Space to Be Open
Therapy isn't about fixing what's "wrong" with you. It's about understanding how you became who you are, reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been overlooked, and creating a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and authentically your own.
Therapy that Makes Room for You
You don't have to have everything figured out before you start therapy. In fact, many people come to OpenSpace Therapy because they're tired of feeling stuck, repeating the same patterns, or carrying questions they can't answer on their own. Our work begins by creating a relationship where you can be honest without worrying about being judged. Together, we'll slow down and explore the experiences, beliefs, relationships, and stories that have shaped the way you see yourself and the world around you. We'll also pay attention to how your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships affect one another, because meaningful change rarely happens by focusing on just one part of your life. The goal isn't to become someone different. It's to understand yourself more fully, loosen the grip of old patterns, and begin living in a way that feels more connected, intentional, and true to who you are.
Integration Begins
with Openness
Therapy with me is built on trust, honesty, and genuine curiosity. For more than twenty years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people as they face life's hardest questions, move through painful experiences, and create meaningful change. I don't believe in giving quick answers or pretending there's a simple fix. I believe people change when they feel genuinely understood, when they can look at themselves with curiosity instead of criticism, and when they begin to write a new story about who they are and who they want to become. My role isn't to tell you who to be. It's to walk alongside you as we explore the deeper questions, challenge beliefs that no longer serve you, and help you build a life that feels more honest, connected, and fully your own.
